Welcome to Shredder Store UK Web Site ("www.shredderstoreuk.co.uk"). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. These conditions apply to all interactions on the Shredder Store UK website and all orders placed on it.
Pricing
All prices on the Shredder Store UK Website are shown exclusive of VAT which will be added at the rate applicable to each item. The RRP (Recommended Retail Price) is the manufacturer's recommended price for the product. The Your Price is the price Shredder Store UK can offer you at the current time and may change without notice.
Payment
Account holders with a credit account will receive an invoice with each delivery (if not otherwise arranged). Following delivery we allow a 30 day credit period.
For cash purchases, (i.e. non account holders and account holders with this feature enabled) we will process your order following you accepting your shopping basket. After taking your contact and delivery details, you will be forwarded to the Protx Online Payment System which will take your credit card details securely. We will never handle or store your credit card details after we have processed your payment. The Protx System will check the validity of your card and check if it holds sufficient funds for your purchase. We will not take the funds for your purchase until we are assured that all items of your purchase are available for immediate dispatch. Should we expect any delay with your order we will contact you immediately.
Delivery
Orders received before 5pm during a normal business day (Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, excluding May Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and 2nd January), will be processed on the same day and we will strive to deliver to you the following business day (as defined above). This excludes special order items like not in stock products. We reserve the right to charge for delivery. Should we not be able to fulfill your order in a timely manner, we will attempt to contact you immediately to rearrange the delivery
Your Order
We reserve the right to substitute any item on your order with an alternative of equal functionality and quality. Should you not be happy with this substitution, you can return the product within 1 working week. We reserve the right to confirm the validity of orders by telephoning the credit card holder.
Privacy
The shredderstoreuk.co.uk website adheres to all relevant UK and EU rules for data protection. Names, addresses and contact details will only be used for the internal purposes of Shredder Store UK, to allow us to efficiently handle your orders. No information collected on the shredderstoreuk.co.uk website will be sold or passed on to any third party. All credit and debit card are handled exclusively with Protx. Any changes to our handling of privacy will be posted on this web page and might change without further notice.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of dispatching the goods to you and with full paper work only. The return is free and any replacements will be dealt with swiftly. You can arrange a return by email, fax or by telephone. We may accept a return after the 14 day period at our discretion. On occasions we may only be able to offer a reduced refund.
